The Chocolate Lovers Wedding - Carole Matthews

Image
The gang are back, and this time its filled with love, mischief, mayhem, weddings and of course CHOCOLATE! This is the fourth book in the Chocolate Lovers series and I have thoroughly enjoyed every single moment with Lucy, Chantal, Autumn and Nadia. (I do have a sneaky feeling that there will be more to come!) This time the girls are facing many battles, some are just heartbreaking and some come at the expense of Marcus!! I couldn't put this book down, it made me laugh out loud and it also made me shed a tear! A must read! I'm now going to work my way from start to finish through Caroles standalone books! I have already read a few and they made me laugh so much! Perfect for cheering you up!

This Mist - Ragnar Jonasson

So today is my stop in 'The Mist' blog tour. I thoroughly enjoyed this read. This is book 3 in the Hulda series, although this is part of a series this reads perfectly well as a standalone as its recaps on what has happened in previous books! I have previously read books by Ragnar Jonasson and this one certainly didn't let me down! The ending is just wow!  If you're looking for your next read then look no further, this book is gripping, has a perfectly written plot, this book will stay with you a long time after you've read it.  Oh wow, what a very addictive read! This book had my hooked from the very first page. Gray is a very loveable character I thought. As if teens didnt have it bad enough imagine being the prime ministers daughter, not being able to have the same freedom as everyone else....gray starts to sneak out during the nights, she starts having a drink and going to friends parties but when she gets grounded this time not only is she grounded she has been assigned a whole team of bodyguards....what happens when they discover the tunnel?...how much danger will Gray be in?  I thoroughly enjoyed reading this YA book, i didn't want to put it down, the story was superb. THIS BOOK IS A MUST READ! Wow, I can't remember how long it has been since a book has properly gripped me and I've not wanted to out it down, towards the end I had to pace myself as the story was unravelling so well I just didnt want it to end. I absolutely love the 'Perfect' series, so if you do too then you'll not be disappointed. COMPELLING.GRIPPING.HAUNTING.EDGE OF YOUR SEAT.ADDICTIVE. What does Fergus have in store for his victims? Will Connie and the team be too late? Definitely 5* from me! Cannot wait for the next book!

Psychiatrist In The Chair - Brendan Kelly and Muiris Houston

So today it’s my turn on the #psychiatistinthechair book blog. This is and outstanding and totally compelling biography of Irish psychiatrist Anthony Clare. Clare struck fame by interviewing and being a "shrink to the stars" for many well know public figures on his bbc 4 radio talk show which throughout this book Kelly and Muiris Houston talk about, it also talks of the many demons he also faced, what made him tick and finding out just who the real Anthony Clare was. An in depth biography that kept me wanting to read more and more. A definite must read for anyone interested in Anthony Clare.  “The Remarkable Story Of A Remarkable Person"
