Kid Lawyer - John Grisham

I can't believe I've never read any books by John Grisham, well it's safe to say I love his style of writing so I will most definitely be reading more.

Kid Lawyer is aimed for a younger age group but I certainly didn't stop me from reading it. I was hooked.

Theo Boone is 13 years old, he's going to follow in his parents footsteps and be a lawyer, he knows his stuff, he really knows his stuff! The kids in his school come to him for various advice, whether it be on animal law, house repossession even teachers comento him for advice on drunk driving  charges!!!

Theo follows trials very closely, so when a murder trial begins in his hometown he simply has to watch it and organize uses a school trip to the trial. However the trail is looking like the defendant is going to walk free as their is no real evidence everything is circumstantial....Will Theo find himself in a position to help? Just what evidence is needed? More than one person will be helped along the way!

I really enjoyed this book, although it is a young adult read. I read it in one sitting. I'm very much looking forward to the next in the series. I am also going to delve into some of John's adult fiction books!
